VISA Service

For many travelers, obtaining a China travel visa sounds like a complicated, costly, and time consuming process. The Chinese Embassy and Consulates in the U.S.A. do not accept visa applications by mail. An applicant must either submit the application in person or have someone (such as a visa service agent) deliver the application to the Consulate.

We process Chinese visa applications for U.S. citizens and residents in all 50 states. Our visa agents are knowledgeable about Chinese visa requirements and procedures, and are experienced in handling visa applications for traveling to China. They are located near the Chinese consulates and are able to deliver visa applications to the consulate in a timely manner. We have simplified the visa procedures and developed an easy-to-follow process.

Requirements:

  • Visa Service Request Form. Use one form per family. Please fill it out completely and legibly.
  • Visa Application Form (V.2013). Use one form per traveler. Please fill out the form completely and clearly. Improperly completed forms may delay the processing of the visa application. The Chinese consulates have provided some instructions for filling out the form.
  • One passport photo of each traveler (front-face, 2X2, in color with light background).
  • Current passport of each traveler. Each passport must be signed by the traveler and have at least 6 months of validity remaining from the end of your trip with at least one blank visa page in it.
  • Print-out of your hotel reservations in China (or a copy of your tour itinerary and invoice if your China tour is arranged by Always and Forever.)
  • Print-out of your round-trip international plane tickets with information on your flights to and from China
  • An applicant who was born in China is required to submit his/her Chinese passport or last foreign passport with a Chinese visa when he or she applies for a Chinese visa with a new foreign passport.
  • A child of Chinese decent who was born in the USA must meet additional requirements for a Chinese entry visa. Please contact us for details before filling out the visa application.
  • For further information on Chinese visas, please visit the Chinese Embassy’s website.
